I get the sense that someone's going to pay
for all the times that no one's stood in the way
nearing too late to dither and wait
as you say you did not realize
which path do you take, decisions to make
and you might want to open your eyes

extinction's waiting, I'm understating

The evidence to follow we may never know
but the warnings all ring hollow without a show
nothing to see, it was just meant to be
as they claim it's some kind of design
hell of plan, when it began
